I taped Ice Princess skating the other day and this is the result. I'm very new to using a camcorder so bear with the poor quality of my video taping skills! Anyway, here are two spirals. One is a regular spiral and the other is a catch spiral or maybe a Biellmann spiral. Enjoy!
